About Cory Milligan
Born and raised in Utah. For as long as I can remember I have always loved photography cameras and taking pictures of the world around me. As a young boy scout I remember carrying around my old point and shoot film camera. When I looked through the view finder I saw a whole different world. I carried that love of photography into my adult years, but I never seemed to truly understand the importance of perspective until I was into my late 30's when I was introduced to the video, "Celebrate What's Right With The World", by National Geographic photographer DeWitt Jones. DeWitt took me through a series of stories that taught me the importance of timing and perspective. Once that clicked in my mind, I began to see things so differently. My perspective was no more and no less than anyone else's perspective, it was just different. Now my camera is more than just a tool to capture a moment in time, it is now a tool to share my world with others. I hope you will join me as I add to the Celebration of "What is Right With The World."
